تووتوو لە پرسی کورد ڕۆڵی ھەبوو و لە ساڵی ٢٠١٠دا نامەیەکی ئاراستەی ڕەجەب تەییب ئەردۆغان، سەرۆک وەزیرانی ئەو کاتەی تورکیا کرد و بۆی نووسی: «نیگەرانم لە ھەڵکشانی پێکدادان لەنێوان خەڵکی تورک و کورد کە تێیدا لە ھەردوولا گەنجی بێتاوان گیان لەدەستدەدەن. دانووستاندنی ئاشتییانە تاکە ڕێگەی چارەسەرە بۆ کێشەکە. باوەڕمان وایە کێشەی کورد لە ڕێگەی گفتوگۆی ئاشتییەوە لەگەڵ سەرکردایەتیی ژیری خەڵکی کورد چارەسەر دەکرێت».^[١]
