کەنێر لە دارە ڕەسەنەکانی ناوەڕاست و باشووری ئەورووپا، کوردستان، ئێران و بەشێک لە ناوەڕاستی ئاسیایە. ھەروەھا بە ڕەسەنی باکووری ڕۆژئاوای ئەورووپاش دادەنرێت یان لانیکەم لەوێ سروشتی کراوە.^[٢]^[٦]^[٧] دارێکی گەڵاڕێژە و داریلەی گەورەیەکی ھەیە، بەرزییەکەی تا ٢-١٠ م (بە دەگمەن تا ١٢ م) گەشە دەکات و تیرەکەی دەگاتە ٤٠ سم.
