ئامینە بوعیاش (بە عەرەبی: أمينة بوعياش‎؛ لە دایکبووی ١٠ی کانوونی یەکەمی ١٩٥٧) کەسایەتی ژنە چالاکوانی مافەکای مرۆڤی مەغریبییە. ئەو لەوەتەی کانوونی یەکەمی ٢٠١٨، ووەتە سەرۆکی ئەنجومەنی نیشتیمانی مافەکانی مرۆڤ مەغریب.^[١] بەهۆی کارەکانییەوە، لە ساڵی ٢٠١٩ هیچ زیندانییەکی سیاسیی لە مەغریب نەما.^[٢]

ئامینە لە ساڵی ٢٠٠٦ لە ناوخۆی وڵاتەکەی ناوبانگی دەکرد، ئەمەش کاتێک بوو کە بووە یەکەم ژن ببێتە سەرۆکی ڕێکخراوێکی ناحکومی لە مەغریب.^[٣] وەک سەرۆکی ڕێکخراوی مافەکانی مرۆڤ لە مەغریب (OMDH)، ئامینە کار لەسەر ماف و پرسەکانی ئەشکەنجە، پەنابەران، کۆچەران، ژنان و ئەو تاکانەی کە سزای لەسێدارە دانیان بۆ دەرکرا بوو دەکرد.^[٤]^[٥]
