ناکۆنفراس (بە ئینگلیزی: Unconference) جۆرێکە لە کۆبوونەوە کە تێیدا بەشداربووان ھەوڵ دەدەن پێکەوە کۆببنەوە و باس لە بابەتێکی دیاریکراو بکەن بەبێ ئەوەی پەیڕەوی بنەماکانی بەستنی کۆنگرە و کۆنفرانسی ڕاستەقینە بکەن.[١][٢]

بەپێی تیم ئۆڕیلی، یەکەم ناکۆنفراس بە کەمکردنەوەی جەختکردنەوەی ئاسایی لەسەر قسەی فەرمی و جەختکردنەوە لە پەیوەندییە نافەرمییەکان لە جیاتی ئەوە، لە ساڵی ١٨٢٨ لەلایەن ئەلێکساندەر ڤۆن ھومبۆڵدەوە ڕێکخرابوو. دەستەواژەی «ناکۆنفراس» بۆ یەکەم جار لە ڕاگەیاندنێکدا دەرکەوت بۆ کۆنفرانسی ساڵانەی گەشەپێدەرانی XML لە ساڵی 1998.[٣]
