Because global sysops are a thing. You created the same subject on a dozen other wikis with the same sources. None of these sources come close to demonstrating notability: all non-independent from non-reliable publications filled with puffery. All the previous accounts that created this subject have been globally locked. I assume the same is going to happen to this account as well.
