If you actually read the inscriptions you'll notice that the reverse and obverse are switched up. The obverse reads "... [C]ONST-ANTINVS ...", while the reverse reads "... LEO-N PA MUL". Moreover, Constantine V is depicted bearded while Leo III is showed beardless, which makes no sense at all unless the pictures are switched.
