ماناس (/mɑːnɑːs/، قرغیزی: [mɑnɑs]؛ پێشتر جەلالابات)^[١] ناوەندی بەڕێوەبەری و ئابووریی ھەرێمی جەلالاباتە لە باشووری ڕۆژئاوای قرغیزستان. ڕووبەرەکەی ٨٨ کیلۆمەتر دووجایە،^[٢] و ژمارەی دانیشتووانی لە ٢٠٢١، ١٢٣٬٢٣٩ کەس بووە.^[٣]
