عەیزەرییە (بە Ancient Greek: Βηθανία، سریانی: ܒܝܬ ܥܢܝܐ Bēṯ ʿAnyā)، (بە عەرەبی: العیزریة)، شارۆچکەیەکی فەلەستینییە لە پارێزگای قودس لە فەلەستین، ھاوسنوورە لەگەڵ قودسی ڕۆژھەڵات، لە کەناری ڕۆژاوا. ناوی عەیزەرییە ئاماژەیە بۆ کەسایەتی پەیمانی نوێ لازارۆسی بەتانیا کە بەپێی ئینجیلی یۆحەنا لەلایەن عیسا لە شارۆچکەکەدا لە مردن زیندوو بووەتەوە.[٣] شوێنی نەریتی موعجیزە، گۆڕی لازارۆس، لە شارەکەدا شوێنی زیارەت.
شارۆچکەکە دەکەوێتە بناری باشووری ڕۆژھەڵاتی چیای زەیتوون، کەمتر لە ٢ میل (٣٫٢ km) لە قودسەوە دوورە. بەپێی ئاماری نووسینگەی ناوەندی ئاماری فەلەستین ژمارەی دانیشتووانی ٢٢٩٢٨ کەسە، دووەم گەورەترین شاری پارێزگای قودسە لە ویلایەتی فەلەستین، دوای تەنھا قودسی ڕۆژھەڵات کە لەلایەن ئیسرائیلەوە لکێنراوە و بە تەواوی لەژێر کۆنترۆڵی ئیسرائیلدایە، ھەرچەندە ئەم لکاندنەوەیە لە ئاستی نێودەوڵەتیدا دانپێدانەنراو نییە.[٤]
