سەلفیت (بە عەرەبی: سلفیت, romanized: Salfīt) شارێکی فەلەستینە لە ناوەڕاستی کەناری ڕۆژاوا و پایتەختی پارێزگای سەلفیت لە فەلەستین. سەلفیت دەکەوێتە بەرزی ٥٧٠ مەتر (١٬٨٧٠ پێ), تەنیشت شوێنی نیشتەجێبوونی ئیسرائیل لە ئاریێل. بەپێی ئاماری نووسینگەی ناوەندی ئاماری فەلەستین (PCBS)، ژمارەی دانیشتووانی سەلفیت لە ساڵی ٢٠١٧دا ١٠ ھەزار و ٩١١ کەس بووە لە دوای ڕێککەوتنی کاتی لە ساڵی ١٩٩٥ لەسەر کەناری ڕۆژاوا و کەرتی غەززە، سەلفیت کە دەکەوێتە ناوچەی A، لەلایەن دەسەڵاتی نیشتمانی فەلەستینەوە بەڕێوەدەبرێت، لەکاتێکدا لەژێر داگیرکاری سەربازی ئیسرائیل بەردەوامە.

بەپێی ڕۆنی ئێلینبلوم، سالفیت لە سەرەتای دەسەڵاتی موسڵمانان (سەدەی حەوتەم-یازدەھەم) دامەزراوە و لە سەردەمی خاچپەرستاندا بەردەوام بووە. لە سەدەی ١٢ و ١٣دا، سەلفیت موسڵمانان تێیدا نیشتەجێ بوون. ھەروەھا لێرەدا پارچەی کۆفەی سەردەمی خاچپەرست و ئەیوبی و ماملووک دۆزرایەوە.
