بێت ئوممەر (بە عەرەبی: بیت اُمّر) شارۆچکەیەکی فەلەستینییە و دەکەوێتە یازدە کیلۆمەتر لە باکووری ڕۆژاوای شاری خەلیل لە پارێزگای خەلیل لە فەلەستین. بەپێی ئاماری نووسینگەی ناوەندی ئاماری فەلەستین، لە ساڵی ٢٠١٧دا، ژمارەی دانیشتووانی شارۆچکەکە ١٦ ھەزار و ٩٧٧ کەس بووە. زیاتر لە ٤٨٠٠ دانیشتووی شارۆچکەکە تەمەنیان لە خوار ١٨ ساڵەوەیە. لە دوای ڕاپەڕینی دووەمەوە، بێکاری لە نێوان ٦٠ بۆ ٨٠٪دایە، زیاتر بەھۆی بێتوانایی دانیشتووان بۆ کارکردن لە ئیسرائیل و خەمۆکی ئابووری فەلەستین. بەشێک لە شارەکە بە ڕێگای ٦٠دا دەبڕێت و بەھۆی ئەمەوە چەندین پێشنیاری ڕووخاندنی خانوو ڕوویانداوە.
بێت ئوممەر زیاتر کشتوکاڵییە و بەھۆی زۆری ترێیەوە ناوبانگی دەرکردووە. ئەمەش لایەنێکی سەرەکی لەسەر نەریتی چێشتلێنانیان ھەیە کە گەڵای ترێی پڕکراوە کە بە دۆڵمە ناسراوە و شەربەتێکی ترێ کە پێی دەوترێت دیبس. ھەروەھا بێت ئوممەر باخچەی گێلاس و ئەڵوەن و سێو و زەیتونیشی ھەیە.
