ئەلبیرە (بە عەرەبی: البیرة ; ھەروەھا لە مێژوودا بە کاسترۆم ماھۆمێریا، ماگنا ماھۆمێریا، ماھۆمێریای مەیجر، بیرا، یان بەیرۆتا ناسراوە) شارێکی فەلەستینە لە ناوەڕاستی کەناری ڕۆژاوا، ١٥ kiloمەتر (٩٫٣ mi) باکووری قودس. پایتەختی پارێزگای ڕامەڵڵا و ئەلبیرەیە لە دەوڵەتی فەلەستینە. دەکەوێتە سەر ئەو ڕیزبەندییە ناوەندییەی کە بە کەناری ڕۆژاوادا تێدەپەڕێت و بەرزییەکەی ٨٦٠ مەتر (٢٬٨٢٠ پێ) لە ئاستی دەریاوە، ڕووبەرەکەی ٢٢٫٤ square kilometre (٨٫٦ sq mi). ئەلبیرە لەژێر ئیدارەی دەسەڵاتی نیشتمانی فەلەستیندایە (وەک بەشێک لە ناوچەی A).
بیرە پەیوەندی بە چەندین شوێنی کۆنەوە ھەبووە. بەھۆی شوێنی خۆیەوە ئەلبیرە وەکو یەکتربڕینێکی ئابووری لە نێوان باکوور و باشووردا کاری دەکرد، بەدرێژایی ڕێگای کاروانەکانی نێوان قودس و نابلوس. لەژێر دەسەڵاتی خاچپەرستاندا، یەکێک بوو لە گوندە گەورەکانی کڵێسای گۆڕی پیرۆز. لەلایەن سەلاحەددینەوە گیرا و لەناوچوو، بەڵام لە سەردەمی ئەیوبیدا دووبارە دروستکرایەوە. بە درێژایی سەردەمی عوسمانی گوندێک بووە کە زۆرینەیان موسڵمان بوون. دوای ئیختیاری بەریتانیا، ژمارەی دانیشتووانەکەی زیادی کرد. دوای جەنگی عەرەب و ئیسرائیل لە ساڵی ١٩٤٨، کەوتە ژێر داگیرکاری ئوردن تا جەنگی شەش ڕۆژە لە ساڵی ١٩٦٧، کاتێک لەلایەن ئیسرائیلەوە داگیرکرا.
لە دوای ڕێککەوتنەکانی ئۆسلۆوە، بیرە لەلایەن دەسەڵاتی فەلەستینەوە بەڕێوەدەبرێت و ئێستا وەک ناوەندێکی کارگێڕی بەرچاو کاردەکات، کە میوانداری ڕێکخراوە حکومی و ناحکومییە جیاوازەکان دەکات. بەپێی ئاماری نووسینگەی ناوەندی ئاماری فەلەستین (PCBS)، ژمارەی دانیشتووانی ئەم شارە لە سەرژمێری ساڵی ٢٠١٧دا نزیکەی ٤٥ ھەزار و ٩٧٥ کەس بووە.
