ئەبوو دیس(بە عەرەبی: أبوو دیس) گوندێکی فەلەستینییە لە کەناری ڕۆژاوا لە پارێزگای قودس و ھاوسنوورە لەگەڵ قودس. لە ساڵی ١٩٩٥ەوە لە ڕێککەوتنی ئۆسلۆی دووەمەوە، زەوی ئەبوو دیس زیاتر بەشێک بووە لە " ناوچەی B "، لەژێر کۆنترۆڵی سەربازی ئیسرائیل و کۆنترۆڵی مەدەنی فەلەستین. بەپێی سەرژمێری نووسینگەی ناوەندی ئاماری فەلەستین (PCBS) ژمارەی دانیشتووانی ئەبو دیس لە ساڵی ٢٠١٧دا ١٢ ھەزار و ٢٥١ کەس بووە

[دەستکاری]ئەبوو دیس دەکەوێتە شوێنێکی کۆن، بە دۆڵی قووڵ دەورە دراوە. وێرانەی بینا کۆنەکان، کانیاوەکان، چاپخانەی ترێ و ئەشکەوتەکان دۆزراونەتەوە، یەکێکیان کۆلۆمباریۆمی تێدایە. ھەروەھا سیرامیکەکانی سەردەمی ڕۆمانی کۆتایی و بیزەنتین دۆزراونەتەوە.
گەڕانی فەرەنسی ڤیکتۆر گێرین پێیوابوو کە ئەبوو دیس لە شوێنی باھوریمی کۆن بووە، بەڵام ئەم ناسینەوەیە لەمڕۆدا قبوڵ ناکرێت.
